Stena Line

Stena Line is the world’s leading ferry company, taking over 17 millon people each year to their chosen destination. They offer frequent and fast services from the UK to Ireland, Northern Ireland and Holland, as well as routes within Scandinavia.

Together with the wholly owned subsidiary Scandlines AB, the Group operates the most comprehensive route network in Europe, with 39 vessels operating on 18 convenient routes within the UK and Scandinavia. The group is constantly updating this network to serve the needs of the major traffic flows. They have also acquired six new vehicles and refitted several others in recent years.

As well as their modern fleet, Stena Line operate the Stena High-speed Sea Service (HSS), the world’s largest high-speed ferry. It is the size of a football stadium and is fitted with jet engines capable of speeds of up to 46 mph. The HSS operates a high speed service to Ireland and Holland
